Pros
The work is not too difficult. The employees are pleasant enough. The holiday allowance is decent. There's not a lot else.
Cons
Very, very outdated technology. Pointless dress code, we never saw clients but had to wear formal clothes. Rules which I questioned but was never given a straight answer to. Very strict working hours. Horrible office. Essential internet sites blocked by net nanny. Dull work. Refusal to consider newer technologies and methods. Very bad pay.
