No overtimes....less pressure....very light environment at work....process highly manual so a lot can be learn..

Limited exposure to financial maket..no growth prospect..doesnt groom young talent..no cell phones allowed for executives on the floor...senior management lacks the willingness and the right approach towards the Leeds counterpart...not the best of paymaster
