      Salary is 34k - above average for band 5 NHS but not unusual for private sector nursing. Minimal clinical responsibility

      Misleading suggestion about working hours Repetitive Whilst to salary looks appealing initially the extra hours needed to keep up work out to less than minimum wage. No autonomy Questionable quality control Low staff moral No day to day support or mentoring for new starters
