Pros
Standard working hours, can work overtime if available Good for limited experience in contact centre as training was provided. The people working alongside you on the phones are generally friendly and amiable.
Cons
The career progression opportunities are very limited. The salary appears to stay the same even after working there for a number of years Management positions are more of a 'face fits' policy. Temporary staff have no holiday entitlement and can be asked to leave without any notice.
