Pros
Flexible working. Expense processes excellent. Not micromanaged. Career progress through disorganised growth is a plus. Colleagues generally good when advice needed.
Cons
Not doing job hired for even though there is still a need for that position to be filled. Awful technology - XP, No wifi network access, poor single sign-on implementation. Roles change with little notification. Infighting between teams is epic. Poor resource planning for major projects.
