Pros

Beautiful area and a new building.

Cons

Weird vibe, the current employees don’t appear to be happy, they walk around with frowns or just not welcoming; either they’re not making enough money or its toxic environment. Leadership treats and acts like you’re this incompetent sales employee for an entry level job at $18 hour when sales openers have a very important job that helps put a lot of money in the AEs pockets. I relocated from California not knowing the area well, I landed the night before on Sunday and my first day of training was Monday. I had booked an Airbnb that was; let’s just say it was far not convenient no transportation and then as I added a new credit card to my uber account hour before my start time I should have made it definitely in time had I not had any issues. My card was blocked due to incorrect zip code it took me 35-40 mins to get thru Capital One and solve this issue so I could call for my ride and I notified the Manager immediately that I would be late; I arrived 30 mins late unfortunately and this is absolutely unlike my character, I completed my first day I was even showed my desk where I would be sitting for leadership to only end up telling me after everyone was excused, that I wouldn’t be allowed to return to work because I arrived late. This company doesn’t value there employees and unfortunately it’s there loss as I am a very successful driven sales representative and had experienced some unfortunate unseen circumstances not even here in Vegas 24 hours. Look elsewhere unless you want to sit on the edge of your seat worrying if you’ll be cut because they don’t like you or value you… always believe the negative posts cause the person writing it gains nothing but advising the truth., I didn’t do my due diligence on the Company. If you can’t be micromanaged don’t work for this Company. I was a former employee who was offered this job in October 2024 and relocated to Las Vegas my start date was Monday 2nd, I definitely was an employee; I have the offer letter to prove this.

Pros

A few good coworkers who are trying to make the best of a difficult situation.

Cons

This was easily one of the most disappointing companies I have worked for. What was presented during the hiring process was very different from the reality of working here. Employees are expected to work extremely hard while dealing with constantly changing expectations, poor communication, and a lack of transparency from management. The biggest issue is trust. Promises are made that are either not honored or later reinterpreted when it benefits the company. Compensation and commission matters can become unnecessarily complicated, leaving employees feeling frustrated and undervalued. When concerns are raised, management often becomes defensive rather than addressing the underlying problem. The culture is driven by pressure and unrealistic expectations. Employee turnover appears to be high, which should be a red flag to anyone considering a position here. Instead of focusing on building a stable and supportive environment, leadership seems more concerned with short-term results. Many employees join believing they are entering a company that values its people, only to discover that they are viewed as disposable once they stop producing at the level management expects. Morale suffers as a result.
