Pros

A few good coworkers who are trying to make the best of a difficult situation.

Cons

This was easily one of the most disappointing companies I have worked for. What was presented during the hiring process was very different from the reality of working here. Employees are expected to work extremely hard while dealing with constantly changing expectations, poor communication, and a lack of transparency from management. The biggest issue is trust. Promises are made that are either not honored or later reinterpreted when it benefits the company. Compensation and commission matters can become unnecessarily complicated, leaving employees feeling frustrated and undervalued. When concerns are raised, management often becomes defensive rather than addressing the underlying problem. The culture is driven by pressure and unrealistic expectations. Employee turnover appears to be high, which should be a red flag to anyone considering a position here. Instead of focusing on building a stable and supportive environment, leadership seems more concerned with short-term results. Many employees join believing they are entering a company that values its people, only to discover that they are viewed as disposable once they stop producing at the level management expects. Morale suffers as a result.
