Free health, dental, LTD, and STD for you and your family. Free employer-paid pension plan of 12% of salary. Annual raises and bonuses.
Cons
Only 20 days of PTO which includes sick time and holidays. They do not invest in training programs for employees (you’re on your own - even learning skills for your current role). Little room for advancement as no one ever leaves. Pay is mediocre at best, their reasoning for this is the benefits make up for it. They do not celebrate Christmas, but they do Halloween.
