The staff and clients are amazing to work with. The company culture is positive and supportive, and there are many opportunities for growth. Benefits are good as well.
Cons
It can be hard to see clients struggling with health and behavioral issues, but staff work very hard to support them in overcoming their challenges.
* lots of free time to use for my college studies
* most staff are indifferent to you doing your thing
* management's not up your butt about everything so long as it doesn't harm a client
* HR manager gets back to you quickly
* lots of overtime if desired
Cons
* minimal warning about clients behaviors
* certain shifts/hours make no sense and they will assign you a shift without permission
* certain staff are "preferred" and you will be at their mercy despite lack of house managers
* if you don't get everything down in a month prepare for the worst
* no bonuses
* never seen the president even once; he genuinely does not care about this company at all
