The team was very structured and process-driven, which gave me the opportunity to learn a lot about working within clear frameworks and following procedures closely. I gained a solid understanding of how to do things thoroughly and by the book.
Cons
I found the management style to be quite negative, with feedback often focused on criticism rather than support or development. This approach had a real impact on my confidence early on. It often felt like the emphasis was placed more on making the legal teams feel happy rather than valuing or empowering the business services teams, which created a sense of imbalance. Overall, I didn’t find the culture particularly warm or welcoming. Culture and values felt fake.
