Stuck in a cubicle all day.

When the company was started and running well in the covid ravaged automotive market, it was awesome. Cross-department synergy. Genuinely good leadership who actually cared about those they managed and wanted everyone to succeed and not just themselves, barring a few exceptions.

Once it was gobbled up by a bigger fish, the culture changed and fear became the tool of management. Additionally, it seemed they cared about the tech and this was their longterm goal. Those who came out at the end with a lot of money, tended to be early investors who took their benefits and ran from the fire without pulling the alarm.
