Pros

Love the online and catalog aftermarket aspect of the company.

Cons

Upper management does not have a clue. The motivation to make sales and customer service first is no where in sight. Instead the customer is used to tell the company what is wrong with the product and management is focused on returns, salary, production to increase an ever eroding margin and loss of sales.

good working facilit and good employees

Cons

supervisors change hours without notice to all employees and everyone leaves last minute find new job. POOR Management!!!
