Pros

Incentives, some of the people are nice and helpful, clean and nice looking building, dealing with different clients and having a better idea of the industry in different areas.

Cons

FAVORTISM! Yes every job has favoritism but my my my does this place treat their employees unfairly, some of their employees. Management sends distasteful emails to their reps as if they're their children or in grade school! They're not flexible with their hours even if you show them your school schedule. The training is horrible! New hires often come out on the floor knowing nothing! So sad

Pros

None whatsoever . I thought long and hard and couldn’t think of anything.

Cons

Low integrity, low morals, low values. allows predatory behavior from their subsidiary companies. Birds of a feather flock together. Would not recommend Partnerships or any business dealings with Cardworks, Merrick Bank or OLLO Card Services. The entire board of directors should be questioned.
