- The accounting team at Cardenas is very friendly - They often give out small items as raffles to employees - Food discount after the workday - Accounting management works as hard as they ask staff to work
Cons
- Accounting team is often expected to work until 9-10pm during close week - Frequent last-minute projects during non-close weeks - Desk time is important to management, even during down weeks with less to do. If you are not at your desk appearing to work for 10+ hours per day, you will hear about it from a supervisor.
