Pros
A few managers are excellent, and the flexibility with scheduling and remote work is appreciated.
Cons
There were constant changes happening with almost no warning, and the turnover was so high that three clinicians left at the same time. The micromanagement was relentless, and low referral numbers meant clinicians were being sent to far‑off areas just to meet targets. The focus on billables overshadowed any consideration for clients’ funding or clinicians’ wellbeing. Reports were scrutinised to the point of nitpicking, forcing you to spend hours on QA instead of actual clinical work. To make things worse, I later found out I was being paid less than new starters, which was incredibly demoralising.
