      Pros

      Good Leadership as expressed by Home Manager of Asterbury Place Care Home Christine Da-Silva. Inclusion, fairness, dedication and Team work fostering are all seen in her amongst all. Her heart of compassion, empathising kept many groomed into all they are as employee and indeed she build her team from the scratch making the home perfect in discharging top notch care to its residents.

      Cons

      Positive consequences it is, that Staff goes over and beyond in discharging of effective and Holistic care to the residents.

      Pros

      The team work at care uk is exceptional the routines and activities residents have keeps them motivated and independent. Love the daily check ups and cleanliness that everyone upholds.

      Cons

      I think the staff rooms can be revamped a little bit, they can be a little dull and depressing.
