- Most managers are useless, often shoving aside training to get you on phones faster and when asked for more training, they either ignore your request or gaslight you into thinking you've already taken it - Cannot stress that the managers are cruel and cold to their employees, making the environment stressful for anyone to work with. - When you address these concerns to anyone higher, you are also dismissed. - Scheduling. Sucks. -- for example, when we began I asked for night shifts, and my other coworker asked for mornings. There was no shortage of either. What happens? I'm put on mornings and they are put on nights. Obviously, this does not work and they quit. This literally could have been avoided SO EASILY.
