I absolutely love working for CCL. The atmosphere is always friendly and energetic. The company's culture and values is a big plus. The managers are very helpful and they are by far the best managers I've worked with. New-Hire training is two days and you learn everything you need to know. If you get hired at CCL, don't give up on it. Give it a chance!!

Can't really say anything bad

When I first started money was great.(was on just commission). When I first started was able to get 40-55 leads per day making around $220 to $400 a day. Used to be incentives where they would give you up to 10$ per lead giving you the potential to make a ton of money. I have made over $700 in one day. Could not believe they were paying me that much to make phone calls. If you were on managers good side they were great many I considered friends. Job is very do it on your own as long as you did your hours no one seemed to bother you much.

Changing the script very often making it a lot harder to get leads. As time went on the quality of records dramatically decreased. Was once,guaranteed 20 leads ($100) in about 5 hours had become almost impossible to achieve in a single day. It is almost impossible to get leads today I have been working here for over 4 years it has always fluctuated from good to bad, but this time It did not fluctuate back to good and I don't see the potential to make money ever coming back. When you are making great money as I was talking on the phone and tricking people into receiving nagging phone,calls from schools all day did not bother me a bit, but sadly as my pay rate decreased so did my tolerance to talk to the morons we called everyday. This place was a great place to work back in the day unfortunately it's time has passed. There is no potential to make money anymore.
