I’ve worked with many companies in the past and Careerlist is a truly unique startup. I absolutely enjoyed going in every day. Careerlist is working on solving the problems of inefficient job search process, from a tech-first perspective. Even though there are many start ups in this space, I believe that Careerlist is building something new and special with a lot of very promising growth.
Leadership and talent are strong across teams, all passionate and focused on what they are doing and dedicated to the company’s success. Careerlist is committed to transparent communication; very open and honest environment. There are clear expectations and no micromanagement.
The engineering team is still relatively small, but everyone is top-notch, both from a technical and collaborative perspective - there are lots of room for differing opinions and compromise. You will be given large amount of responsibilities since day one and have a say on how the product shapes. You will also get to work directly with the VP of Engineering, with years of experience under his belt (which means you’ll get to learn from the best and get great mentorship, especially if you’re more junior). If you are looking for a software engineering role where you can grow and make a difference, I highly recommend Careerlist!
