Pros

The culture is right, it's growing fast and they have a clear sense of direction. Their clients are of really high caliber tech companies, so employees will be learning a lot working in the customer support units in these companies. They also seem to care by providing employees with the tools/resources/care that they need to do their job effectively- laptops, internet, training, inclusivity, autonomy, etc.

Cons

The only con here is the pay, but it's still a new company and it is remote work (though tasking and should definitely pay more), so let's give it a while and see?

Great culture and values, solid and encouraging management that cares about your growth, fun colleagues to vibe with, remote option for some clients, competitive pay, and great work-life balance.
