      A good place, if a little chaotic - Manager On Duty Caribou Coffee Employee Review

      Pros

      Good discounts, free coffee beans and shift drinks, generally easy on the body. The company promotes having a good attitude, so sour people don't last long. Tips are generally pretty good. Jobs are easy to grasp and rules are well established.

      Cons

      The upper management stinks. The regional managers are constantly breathing down Store managers' necks, and the GMs then ride up the shift managers' butts. The further the management gets from the storefronts, the more out-of-touch they are. Other than the occasional Karen (because it is a service industry) and an off coworker (no job has a perfect hiring record) that's my biggest problem,

      Pros

      Usually nice coworkers, good regulars, tips can be really good if you’re working busy shifts

      Cons

      Over worked and under paid. General managers are hit or miss and if yours is bad, you’re screwed and they won’t be held accountable. Some coworkers are bullies with no repercussion. Unfair task delegation. Hard to get full time hours unless you’re upper management.
