poor pay and toxic culture - Lian Officer Caribou Employee Review

This company has THE WORST pay plan for anyone joining their sales department compared to all other Refinance Companies. The technology and software is the worst Ive ever experienced in my tenure as a Loan Officer over half a decade. Very toxic and fake co workers. They take all profits and just give to upper management. They hire managers that aren’t qualified at all and pay them significantly more than what should be. DO NOT WORK HERE, you’ll regret the time wasted.
