- Leadership really cares about communicating, and seems to take feedback - So much opportunity to learn and grow! In a start up environment, not surprising, but I love being able to touch so many different areas. I've also been given more growth opportunities in areas of my field that I never had before. - Along with that, my manager really cares about my professional growth and development, giving me those opportunities, and looks out for the team. It is so, so nice to always know that I can talk to my manager about anything coming up, mistakes included, and we'll figure it out together. - True collaborative partnership across departments - we are all in it together, and I love my coworkers across the company. I have yet to meet a jerk here. - Benefits are great (I really love the 12 free therapy visits) Caribou has a healthy environment (in part because I'm on an amazing team!), and that has not been the norm in past for me. It's awesome, and I am not taking it for granted.

Not too much. It is a start-up environment, so, please come prepared to roll up your sleeves, regardless of level. I see it as a pro that I get to dig in everywhere, but not everyone may. If you're used to a much bigger company, with lots of bureaucracy, processes that have been in place forever, and set ways, know this isn't that.
