      They hire their friends, put them in positions of power, and provide them with leads Rules for thee and not for me Have a reputation for taking books of business from employees, then firing the employee and going after their clients. Strict rules to follow, but only if you're not apart of the diretors' groups of friends Shady business practices Hostile work environment where management threatens people with their jobs weekly

      Pros

      I value the family that has been built within Carl Black of Orlando. I truly feel the love and support from everyone who is apart of the CBO family. No matter how the day is going I know I can always count on my team to support me. I value my time spent here, we all have been there were we work after closing and just putting in the extra work for the customer. At Carl Black I know that my time isn't going to waste and that I truly am helping. There have been friendships that have been made at CBO and other relationships made stronger. The people here at Carl Black truly care about you and want to see you succeed and that is the most import part.
