Complete lack of strategic thinking. There is absolutely zero accountability for Corporate Officers. Engineering leadership is nonexistent. New products are all late, way over budget and are not innovative at all. The key family member (Rick Sorenson), running the show has the attention span of a squirrel. The Quality Dept runs the company and has a complete lack of business understanding. I left and would never consider going back to that company. The intimidation and fear tactics are the normal day to day management styles. Human Resources is inept. I am shocked that there have not been more lawsuits.
