No real progression, promotions based on favouritism rather than performance. CEO’s children walk into roles and promotions others actually work hard toward. Unrealistic expectations with little to no thanks/reward. Employees openly discuss wanting to leave. Would not recommend. Following employee survey, company scored lowest on mental health, quickly dismissive of this.

The people you work with are genuinely lovely, which is one of the few positives. You’ll also learn a lot—but mainly because the company is severely understaffed and you’re expected to do everything,

Cons

There is essentially no career progression in this company. A 2% salary increase is treated as a major reward, which says a lot about how little employees are actually valued. Multiple managers and directors have left, and instead of replacing them, their workload is pushed onto senior analysts with no increase in pay. You’re expected to take on more responsibility for nothing in return. Promotions are nearly impossible. When you ask about progression, you get vague, non-committal answers with no clear criteria, no development plan, and no real path forward. The company heavily relies on hiring international postgraduate workers whose visas are tied to their jobs. This creates a situation where people feel stuck and unable to leave, regardless of how poor the pay or conditions are. Nepotism is also a serious issue. The marketing team was let go under the excuse that roles were being moved to the UK, only to be replaced by family members. Meanwhile, senior staff remained in Ireland. Morale is extremely low. Most associates openly talk about wanting to leave, and many international employees are just counting down the time left on their visas so they can finally go somewhere with decent pay.
