No real progression, promotions based on favouritism rather than performance. CEO’s children walk into roles and promotions others actually work hard toward. Unrealistic expectations with little to no thanks/reward. Employees openly discuss wanting to leave. Would not recommend. Following employee survey, company scored lowest on mental health, quickly dismissive of this.

The people are lovely, but even then lots of the lovely ones who are great at their job are leaving or plan to leave

Cons

I don’t even know where to begin, the list of cons is endless. Moved to a 4 in office week, which has been supported by very few people. Extreme overtime and no thanks for it. Looking to get promoted and climb the ladder? Well don’t look here
