      Pros

      -Missions & values are very clear -People are passionate & dedicated to their work -Nice office with warm vibes -Lots of new and cool projects to work on -Performance driven company -Pantry always full of snacks and drinks -Many events organised at our office. Alway something is happening here -Every Friday, we have updates about the company -> transparency

      Cons

      OK i read some of the previous negative reviews and i think it's not fair and unjustified. Carousell has surely lots to do to improve, not the perfect company yet but everyone is working really hard to build and make it a successful one. Just like every startup at early stages, there are lots of uncertainties, challenges to overcome and difficult decisions to make, so yeah, Carousell is not a good place for the faint hearted
