      Great training, hours aren't bad for retail, company has great buying power and good customer service and experience. Paid health insurance.

      Cons

      Locally owned franchise. Nepotism. 100% Commissioned sales with a draw. Good ole boys club with builders/contractors. no growth for women. Vehicle expense.
