Short hours to fit around class schedule.

Can be hard to get shifts covered.

There are groups of good people to work with. Vacation time. A good job to gain experience in a known employer.

Not a good long term employer. Low pay with no real raises. Staff and faculty are viewed as easily replaceable. Management/leadership has no real plan and bullies or threatens staff.
