Pros

You'll quickly learn you're not an employee, you're an employee number with a pulse. Salary apparently means "work until we forget what day it is," and overtime pay is just a myth passed down through legends. If you've ever dreamed of moving into your store and making the office your second home, this place might be for you. Bring a pillow... you'll be there awhile. Yes I'm aware I put this in the pros think about the negatives after this lol I'll be nicer there.

Cons

Want a raise? Great news—you'll get one... eventually... and it'll buy you almost half a combo meal. Hit the pay cap and congratulations, you've unlocked the achievement of making the same money forever. Be the best store in the district or the worst, apparently it all pays about the same. As for equipment, if it's broken, don't worry—maintenance will fix it with hopes, dreams, and a piece of duct tape. By the time the health department shows up, the equipment has more band-aids than a kid learning to ride a bike.

Pros

Free meals, decent benefits and perks

Cons

Many stores seem to be struggling but upper management didn’t seem to want to assist in solving the problems beyond holding classes and zoom calls asking what the plan was. In my district all I heard from the DM was how she was gonna work on getting rid of this GM or that shift manager but no plan to get the stores stabilized. Most of us were running with minimal managers so we were constantly borrowing from one another or having to work extra just to keep our stores open.
