Time off needed for yourself or family emergencies or medical issues is granted easily. I dare say its almost encouraged when there are personal issues, as management wants you and your family to be healthy in all ways.

I really cannot come up with "cons" in my position. There have been many changes as we've grown and some of those could have been communicated more clearly. However, I think that is true of "growing pains" for most companies.

I’ve been with the company for a while now and it’s been a great experience. Leadership is supportive, and you can tell they actually care about the people on the floor. Things can get busy, but the team pulls together and gets it done. There’s opportunity to grow if you put in the effort, and communication has gotten better over time. Overall, a good place to work with a strong team.

The people who have been with the company the longest are the most negative, and ruin the good things we have here for everyone else. I hope management can continue to weed them out.
