Pros

Some people are great to work with.

Cons

Some people are great and they somewhat look after them. Management & HR is on a consistent rotation, which makes it difficult for continuous improvements and employee mental health follow ups. They are mostly about advertising then they are being accomplished (as you might see they get carried away in the their own review). You have to pick the right side as soon as you understand the management scheme. There's no tiers (or tears) when it comes to advancement. You can do more then you're asked but are not appreciated for it. The champion mindset is for this one dude to make it to the top. They are very transparent about their hidden agenda at times. Just ask. The right person, of course. Be careful when you asked for help from HR. They might just find a way to predetermine how to terminate you rather then helping. They'll promote over looks then skill.

Pros

Competitive wages for our area. Top notch benefits for employees AND dependents with employer picking up most of the cost. Time off needed for yourself or family emergencies or medical issues is granted easily. I dare say its almost encouraged when there are personal issues, as management wants you and your family to be healthy in all ways.

Cons

I really cannot come up with "cons" in my position. There have been many changes as we've grown and some of those could have been communicated more clearly. However, I think that is true of "growing pains" for most companies.

Pros

I’ve been with the company for a while now and it’s been a great experience. Leadership is supportive, and you can tell they actually care about the people on the floor. Things can get busy, but the team pulls together and gets it done. There’s opportunity to grow if you put in the effort, and communication has gotten better over time. Overall, a good place to work with a strong team.

Cons

The people who have been with the company the longest are the most negative, and ruin the good things we have here for everyone else. I hope management can continue to weed them out.
