Pros

I have had the pleasure of working so far for 3 years now and yes there are ups and downs, but this is a great place to learn and to expand your knowledge. The employer really gives you the opportunity to show what you know and to help the organization in many capacities.

Cons

Not much room to work from home.

Pros

Case Medical offers an education in recognizing the difference between quality products and having poor leadership. If you are resilient, you will develop exceptional problem solving skills here. Ironically the problems you will spend most of your time addressing , will not come from the marketplace, customers or clinicians. They will come from the home office, where decisions too often are disconnected from the people who are responsible for generating the revenue and serving the customers.

Cons

Executive leadership often appears disconnected from the realities of the marketplace and the end user, resulting in decisions that leaves many on the field sales team questioning whether customer feedback and sales experience were truly valued. Due to the instability fostered by senior leadership, most employees never feel secure, creating uncertainty even among those who consistently produce results. The company’s flagship product, The Davinci container and tray. Despite being in high demand and a very strong performer in the marketplace, it is repeatedly de-emphasized & de-valued through leadership decisions, including reductions in sales commissions. Leadership actually spends time complaining, out loud directly to the sales force, when that product is sold. So, rather than making a smart decision, and using its most successful product to strengthen weaker product lines through bundling or strategic cross-selling, leadership choses a different path that many in the field found difficult to understand. Communication between the home office and the field frequently feel one-directional, with limited evidence that frontline experience influenced strategy. The company has talented employees and quality products, but until leadership better aligns its decisions with the realities of the marketplace, it will continue to struggle to reach its full potential. {If I could, I would give senior management zero stars. But I had to select at least one star.}
