Cash Store Financial was a customer-oriented company; that offers a one-on-one customer's service building a good friendly relationship between the company and that of the client. The high-ranking officers, supervisors and managers were helpful, nice and adhere towards the company's vision and mission statements, its culture and values.

Cash Store Financial was sold to National Money Mart; but I stayed until the last days of its closure.

Time and a half when you work over 40hrs & holiday pay if it lands on day during work week

Long hours, no time for lunch break, work alone in stores that allow for 2 or more employees, not able to use vacation if another employee requests off, and management gets mad at you if you call in sick.
