Pros

CEO (Vikas) is good at his job. Same cannot be said for CTO.

Cons

1) CTO or "second in command" doesn't have any knowledge of Big Data. 2) Poor work life balance. Interference in personal lives. When you leave after 10 hours of work, "second in command" often asks "What you do have to do at home? Stay and work with others." 3) No vision. They just want to copy UI from the competitors and want to be like them. They cannot think of any solution or vision. 4) Time centric work culture. Management wants employees to just clock hours. Want bachleors to just stay at office even at 1 a.m. 5) "Double face" CTO and "second in command" in tech team. 6) CTO wants tech team to stay late night (till 12 at night after starting at 10 in morning) because we are fin"Tech" while business team leaves after normal working hours. 7) They donot work on Data Science or BIg Data. Just for the name sake, Rule based models are passed as data science models. 8) No bonuses. No hikes.

Pros

Good for New Joiners as well as Experienced. Can learn about product development. Good knowledge about finance area Everyone is very helpful and nice. They don't make you feel nervous while asking questions and change the question if you are unable to answer.

Cons

No proper management. Appraisal is a joke in this company. No old employees are known about this word called appraisal or salary increment. unnecessary work pressure There is no work-life balance

Everything is good, people are good, team is good. You are given freedom to work on your own
