- Fear for job security: You are fear mongered by the head office threatening the loss of your job almost everyday to hit unachievable high targets, but are not giving the proper functional resources
- They do not care about their customers or employees: They have pulled the rug out from under a large amount of their customer's feet, by not being clear with new protocols and having their frontline staff blatantly lie about it. Then sitting still and refuse calls, while staff are being berated and yelled at on things that only head office can control.
