Pros

You work alone with the residents

Cons

if the next doesn't show up you are stuck until they find someone or the next shift comes. The RN is also one sided. When you tell her about things that go on that shouldn't be she goes and tells the person you said it instead of being discreet

Pros

Owners are involved. Upper management is helpful and caring Good pay Tuition help Care foundation for people who need it

Cons

Staffing but that's an issue every where. That's not the company's fault.

The residents were the only good there

No good place . not an angry employee either just seen how awful they were to staff who were great staff members they kept raising good staff and moving them to other facilities and leaving u short staffed and u can’t give them poor residents the same energy u gave on a first shift to now being stuck on a second shift!! Now means u got to pass meds feed the residents but no showers or laundry being done due to being exhausted then the families wonder y their mom or aunt never got her shower well ur always getting stuck to cover shifts. No bonuses for all the stay overs no appreciation at all the most ridiculous co ever! When they got rid of Kathy that was their biggest mistake and hired on 2 children who think they can talk to staff anyway they choose and when them staff memebers got fed up and quit them children now see they had to work in houses to now!!! Because u didn’t think to ask long term staff about the facilities and what we all really did for castle to keep it going for the owners. Then opening the new facility and forgetting all about the the little cbrfs they got. Wanted two managers to run 4 of them each and the managers were super lazy’n no call no shows and their being paid over 20 and hour to be the one to come in and they wouldn’t answer their phones.!! Then the next day I say it not coming in u just stayed 24 hours and the manager said she’ll write someone up if they don’t come in??? She should have been terminated for not relieving the exhausted staff member who stayed all 3 shifts!!!!! How dare u.!!!! No bonus no call in to check on the staff roamed if she was ok all night mf at and night again!!! Then the person who picked up that double shift was a no call no show comes in the next night?????? And never got a write up!!!!!!! What kind of bs is this company doing.!? Then the very next night the same aid no called no showed yet again!!!! And the good staff was expected to do all the things that one didn’t do??? Cary up on 6 shooters 6 bed changes 6 barrels of laundry angry poa and reactive a dirty nails moldy food in the fridge no rotation.!! Dirty floors and counters. Cooking was awful!!! I’m sorry my facts over power the pros it is what it is.!!!!!! If u get stuck one shift be ready to get stuck a lot!!! Also only work for a cbrf that goes through and agency to call in house staff to come in!! Or it be diff if the owner would offer time in a half for the shift being work extra bonuses something!!! They gave u nothing!! Not even a call to say ty or to check up on u ans if u feel ok!!!! So awful never again!!!!!
