      You work alone with the residents

      Cons

      if the next doesn't show up you are stuck until they find someone or the next shift comes. The RN is also one sided. When you tell her about things that go on that shouldn't be she goes and tells the person you said it instead of being discreet

      Decent pay slightly above the average of $10 an hour, friendly staff and residents

      Cons

      Admitting residents that should be nursing home bound and not cbrf. Medication administration does not have pay differential, staff often short as people don’t show up, call in, or randomly quit. Lack of communication with management to each shift,
