Family company focused upon the success of all employees. Always willing to try new things and promote a cooperative team environment. Has a strong ethic of "do whatever it takes for the customer" with strong empowerment for individuals to meet those goals.

Travel industry is a tough one and this was reflective in the pay. Love of travel is a must to be in the space. Health benefits were expensive and needed more options for fam trips.

I spent two fantastic years working with Casto in their family atmosphere - something that i felt was impressive to do with three offices and a few hundred people. They have a great passion for travel and are continually staying ahead of the curve in the travel industry. I worked in their Vacations department and found the team camaraderie a wonderful plus there. There's a lot of incredibly talented travel professionals who are not only gifted at providing top notch experiences to their clients but are gifted at helping grow their department to produce more super star travel advisors. Bottom line is there are some great things going on there!
