Pros

None. You should only go there if you are 1000% desperate for a job and are either the dumbest or most politically, savvy sociopath you know.

Cons

Grossly miss-managed by foreigners who are running the place into the ground. The best talent left so you'll work for people who hate Americans and Americans who are so dumb they're actually smart as they have figured out a way to not work rather spend their day fooling the foreigners. They also love to bully anyone who threatens their game. There was a reorg a few years ago that didn't eliminate enough dead weight and moved the worst performers into global roles. So especially watch out for anyone who reports to a manager in a different country - they are the worst. The company over stresses tattling on each other but at least if you don't like your coworkers you can make up false claims about them and have them investigated. Don't worry. You'll be protected and the company wont be around much longer anyway. Everyone spends their day writing power point presentations since no one is allowed to actually do anything. And if you think you can beat this system and help them grow, you're wrong. They'll smell you coming a mile away. I almost forgot the best part - they didn't meet last year's financial targets so they doubled this year's. Makes sense. I'm settling nicely into my new job watching paint dry. Couldn't be happier with my choice to leave.
