Pros
Great colleagues and ability to rotate roles quickly. People are also accessible to discuss e.g mentoring, chit chat and so forth. Decent training possibilities.
Cons
Work can get stale and boring quite fast. Alot of politics and games, probably as there is not enough work to balance between everyone and/or common purpose besides trying to move to next role with halo effect.
