      Pros

      Flexible with school. Paid every two weeks. Free rides to Catalina island. Incentives help sometimes. Summer time you get a lot of hours

      Cons

      Not very flexible with other jobs. Management is not very understanding. Goals are sometimes unrealistic. Always being harassed for doing something even when nothing has been done.

      Pros

      I'm still fairly new, but so far everyone is really friendly and helpful. I love how straight forward advancement is and apparently deckhands are in demand right now so there should be plenty of work.
