Sham Organization with Narcissist at Helm - Consultant Catalyft Employee Review

No job security and no professionalism. CEO is a textbook narcissist who doesn't have the knowledge to back up the attitude, but he's a very slick talker. No in-depth hiring process in place (no professional HR - staffing agencies are used) and high pay can seem great until you are placed in a team with unqualified charlatans who will wreck the project. This is a gig that can ruin your professional reputation if you aren't careful. Agree with other reviewer that they will come into a client organization, drain the money and then leave. There are no employees (this is true) and there is no real intellectual property - anyone can set up a "firm" like this and hire people from LinkedIn to fill the slots. Potential clients should realize this and beware.
