The culture is amazing and people really live it not just talk about it. I’ve never worked anywhere that had a better leadership team. They are transparent and supportive.

Benefits could be better but I understand it’s harder for a small company to keep costs down for benefits.

They have good benefits and unlimited PTO

It's about who you know to get ahead. Very high on gossip.
