Pros

They win the Bronze Medal being the 3rd best catering company in their building! (see Fooda, Peach etc..) THRILLED to hear that half the office found employment elsewhere the past month!

Cons

As a vendor why would you ever want to work for a company that: - Takes 22% of the vendor profit -Pays them once a month (sometimes 6 weeks) -Makes them do their own deliveries - Wont receive any orders unless their food is in the $11-$12 per person range! -If they are late they have to pay for the order They only work with very very cheap food vendors because that's the only type of vendor they can make money from. They cut employee benefits such as transportation costs and phone bills - time to update your web site! There are literally dozens of other places to apply to. Try Fooda, Peach, Alchemista, EZCater you name it! They all have funding and are growing rapidly!

Pros

- The company promotes a strong work-life balance and respects personal time. There’s real potential to move up internally if you stay consistent and show interest. The training process is solid, and they’re invested in helping you continue growing in your role. You can tell leadership is trying whether it’s through team-building events or regular check-ins, there’s an effort to foster connection across the team.

Cons

- Days can seem repetitive - wish they contributed a little more towards insurance

Pros

Helping companies feed their employees is great. Good restaurant partners.

Cons

Old and clunky software. Micro-management - if you finish your work, don't dare glance at your personal email or make an online Dr appointment! Looked down upon to leave the office for lunch if lunch is provided. No office democracy - if the manager prefers the thermostat at 80, it's going to be at 80 every day. Definitely need to suck up to get into the insiders/old-timers club or you will be a black sheep.
