Pros

How can I hit the 20 word minimum for this field when only 1 will do? NONE. There are no pros to working at Cater2me.

Cons

I work here and couldn't let this go overlooked. A coworker recently resigned (proud of her) after she was failed to be paid while she was WORKING REMOTELY at the hospital after her father was recovering from a heart attack. That's right...our cofounders thought it would be ok to hold pay because she was not physically in the office working, but rather by her dad's side in the hospital. Unemployment is and always will be a better option than working for him.

Pros

- The company promotes a strong work-life balance and respects personal time. There’s real potential to move up internally if you stay consistent and show interest. The training process is solid, and they’re invested in helping you continue growing in your role. You can tell leadership is trying whether it’s through team-building events or regular check-ins, there’s an effort to foster connection across the team.

Cons

- Days can seem repetitive - wish they contributed a little more towards insurance

Pros

Helping companies feed their employees is great. Good restaurant partners.

Cons

Old and clunky software. Micro-management - if you finish your work, don't dare glance at your personal email or make an online Dr appointment! Looked down upon to leave the office for lunch if lunch is provided. No office democracy - if the manager prefers the thermostat at 80, it's going to be at 80 every day. Definitely need to suck up to get into the insiders/old-timers club or you will be a black sheep.
