Pros
The company is relatively international. Though lately it seems that the amount of expats is decreasing. Not a very good development as the company needs more airline experience to develop and improve its performance.
Cons
Quite old fashioned in its ways of operating. Management could be more diverse and more international. Most locals see this as s safe company as redundancies is rare for them. Expats don't have the same treatment.
