Pros
Everyone who works in client-facing roles and/or has appropriate qualifications are fantastic. On the large part, the staff at CCV are kind, compassionate and competent.
I am hopeful that with greater governance, CCV will improve.
Cons
I had expected greater integrity transitioning into a not for profit organisation. Unfortunately, my management was erratic, dictatorial and oftentimes absent.
The department I was in promoted opaque reporting to reduce accountability. People and Culture (HR) was weaponised at the expense of best practice and staff wellbeing. And a siloed and hierarchical culture was employed to control personal reputation/s.
