Pros
Helping customers do research to find cures for cancer. Etc... customers are awesome put in a lot of hard work using The product. Regular employees work there butts off to meet crazy federal grant submission deadlines with less and less head count.
Cons
The senior management got rid of all the people that didn’t agree with her questionable decisions, and promoted no experience managers to Directors. For a company with 50 people, to lose 6 in one month is a sign of no direction or some ceo funding a bonus, making numbers at any expense, including product stability and reliability. CEO takes advice from very inexperienced senior management. Between the lies and deception, regular employees have no idea the crap management have been planing, and how they have no qualms letting any one go. Cayuse Employees are some of the brightest people I have ever worked with. The CEO seems to be the one that is causing the exodus either by choice or by using bad information from senor management that violated our security policies, losing one of the biggest selling points for cayuse. The CEO has a track record of this. I hope the investors can save cayuse before some security breach forces the company into insolvency because of all the lawsuites.
